If you live anywhere near South Alabama you know about Bob Baumhower’s restaurant, Dauphin’s. It’s located in the heart of Downtown Mobile at the top of the RSA building overlooking all the ships in the Mobile Bay and the town.

There’s a mix of creole, Southern, and elegance in the food and presentation of Dauphin’s — one that everyone need’s to experience at least once.

During our shoot, we captured many of their new dishes they re-launched with after re-opening after being closed for Covid.
